- Contact information: Name, email address, company name, and message content when you submit our contact form.
- Waitlist information: Email address when you join our product waitlist.
- BioHarmony platform data: Health data, lab reports, wearable device data, and profile information when you use the BioHarmony platform. This data is processed solely to provide you with personalised health protocols.

- To operate and improve the BioHarmony platform
- To send you product updates if you have opted in via our waitlist

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your health data for advertising.
4. Data Storage & Security
Website enquiries are processed by Formspree and website analytics by Vercel; their processing locations depend on the configured service. Contact us for current hosting and data-handling details before sharing sensitive information. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. BioHarmony health data is subject to additional safeguards including access controls and audit logging.
5. DPDP Act Compliance
We are committed to compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). You have the right to:

6. ABDM & ABHA
BioHarmony is designed to integrate with India's Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM). If you link your ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) ID, your health records are shared only with your explicit consent, in accordance with ABDM's consent framework.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Formspree: Contact form processing
- Vercel Web Analytics: Website page views and successful enquiry events when enabled. Events include service, budget range, source category and landing page, but not form names, email addresses or messages.
- Wearable APIs: Garmin, Apple Health, Google Fit (only with your explicit consent)
8. Cookies
We use browser session storage to remember your first landing page and a source category, such as search or an AI referral, as you navigate the site. These values accompany your enquiry. Browser local storage remembers submitted email addresses and submission times for the 24-hour duplicate-submission check. These email addresses are not sent to analytics. Vercel Web Analytics does not require analytics cookies. Query strings and URL fragments are removed from analytics page URLs.
