Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable once a project has commenced.

• Full refunds are considered only if no work has started and upon written request.

• Partial refunds may be offered if services are undelivered due to factors within Kubit Solutions’ control.

Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel services at any time by written notice.

• Any work already completed will be billed accordingly.

• Kubit Solutions may also cancel a project in unforeseen circumstances, providing a prorated refund if appropriate.

Service Interruptions

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service. If disruptions occur, Kubit Solutions will resolve them as quickly as possible.

Disputes

All disputes will be handled in good faith. If unresolved, they will be subject to arbitration or the jurisdiction of courts in India in Gurugram Court.
