Terms of Service – Kubit Solutions


  1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Kubit Solutions to its clients. By engaging our services, clients agree to these terms.


  1. Services

Kubit Solutions provides software development, digital solutions, and technology consulting. Project specifics, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in individual proposals or contracts.


  1. Payment Terms

  • All invoices are payable as per the agreed schedule.

  • A partial advance (e.g., 20%) may be required before work begins.

  • Payment delays beyond 15 days may result in service suspension or additional late fees.


  1. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. Kubit Solutions retains the right to reuse non-confidential, non-client-specific components (e.g., libraries, code patterns).


  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep business and project-related information confidential unless disclosure is legally required.


  1. Support & Maintenance

Basic support for 30 days after delivery is included unless stated otherwise. Ongoing maintenance or upgrades require a separate agreement.


  1. Limitation of Liability

Kubit Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
